If its decided to allow us to display multiple values on one monitor I would hopevwe could reserve the ability to only have one info value per monitor because I like my big words and numbers :). So if I want to view piston length and piston velocity I would have to build 2 monitors and link each to the piston in question and then select the corresponding Info's to display on each separately. Perhaps each monitor could display a single chosen value. Similar to when I do this with a button panel to change its properties with a button, I would after selecting it choose from some of the values in it I can display to the monitor, like piston length, piston velocity, etc. I open its control panel and target or select a piston block. I would like to be able to display on an LCD the length in meters a piston is extended, or the degree a rotor is rotated, or any of these values we can read from our blocks in the control panel.

Viewing the piston in control panel allows me to see how far its extended in meters. It will take a little longer to start while it downloads the mods.(1) Create an option for an LCD to link to a specific block similar to how we link to functions of blocks with button panels, and display the info to the LCD that we can read on these blocks in the control panel.įor instance, with a button panel I can increase or decrease a pistons Velocity to extend it among other things. These are set in the SpaceEngineers-Dedicated.cfg file. If you are on TCAdmin settings will retain and can be adjusted manually.įor Mod.IO mods to auto-install you must have the Network mode to EOS and Console Compatibility to enabled for them to automatically download on start-up. You should change any settings before doing this step or manually change them.

Saving the config page after this point will revert/remove the settings you changed manually if on SESM. It can also be added like the example below: Replace the part of code with the code below changing the information. In this file, scroll to the mods section. Right click and edit the Sandbox_config.sbc file. Click here to learn how to set your map to be active. You can also access this file via the config files page. Open your file explorer and navigate to Saves/YOURMAPNAME Use the Space Engineer Mods.IO website to obtain your MOD ID. Stop the game server via the control panel. We also can provide Space Engineers on TCAdmin for advanced users or Xbox. Please note if you do add mods, you must not save the config page, as it will overwrite the manual changes.

SESM our custom control panel currently does not support MOD.IO mods but they can be added manually.
